O.T. Cooper & Company, LLC has drilled in South Carolina since 2010. We maintain the resources, stability and organizational capacity required to successfully complete every project we take on: crews, equipment and supervision under one company, working across South Carolina and the Southeast.
Our reputation was built on accomplishing difficult bores and standing behind our work, and on transparency through the entire process from quoting to job completion. When we quote a crossing, we intend to drill it as quoted.
